We collect the fallen areca sheaths from farms and dry under the sun to remove the moisture from the leaves. The dried leaves are then washed using a high-speed freshwater gun to remove the leftover dirt. The clean leaf is then again dried for a few minutes to go under high-pressure & heat molding machines, where the plates are formed and also bacterias are killed during this process. The plates are then sent for the packaging process.
